There are things called land deeds per floor and he will get his hand on some of those which would transport him directly to the floors. There will some tasks (which will add more adventure genre to this story) but he will be able to save waypoints that way.

He's still not able to go out of the tower...
Yes he still cannot go out of the tower, I think it's not even the focus of the story anymore. But he might have to sometime in the future as there is an overarching plot that involves the outside world as well.
hmm, maybe he can turned into a beast or something and use theo's merchant tunnel? it's to conspicuous for a human to run around if ox 3 and 4 accompanied him or with wolf mercenaries that might encounter another corrupt pig's lackey
