Parvel knew from the moment he laid his eyes on Sienn that he is in fact Sion in this current life. Parvel also was reincarnated back to the past. He remembered his previous life the moment he was struck by lightning which given him his stigma. Also Parvel loves Sion. He was sent to war and was not able to be with Sion during his hardest time with the evil Sienn. It was too late when he arrived. It was at the last moment of Sion. I’m not sure what he did but you guys know there’s a connection between Zeon’s power and the judgement power. If something happened to one, it will trigger something or some sort. That’s why their previous life was probably destroyed.
