Ubume woman sounds exactly like La Llorona from Mexican folklore.
The girlie from my culture wanders forever wearing a white dress and screams out "Mis hijos" (my children)
In search for her gone children. There are many origin stories of why she does this but conclusively if your young get away or find an adult because she is known to kidnap kids.
