I don’t know what chapter it was but somewhere, the kindergarten teacher told Euiyoung that if someone gives you persimmon, it means they love you. And since Taeju gave both Eui brothers persimmon, Euiyoung got the idea that Taeju loves them.
a few chapters ago when euiyoung was at school and the teacher gave them persimmons as a snack that was half peeled(?), and the teacher said that euihyun must really love him of he fully peels the persimmons (bc they're hard to peel)
