Agree but you can be jealous of ur own sibling and plus Haru was blushing or whatever after MC said it hurt and then left(?) Haru was alone and thinking. That looked sus ngl like he was falling for MC. So I can get why the brother was jealous. Plus Haru did say he could hold him or smth that could cause some insecurity to the brother.
