The publisher's original genre tags were just josei and drama.
I think just cause something has a gay couple in it doesn't mean the book automatically is BL, since that's a genre aimed at a specific demographic, as opposed to a thing that just appears.

it has a gay relationship but i wouldn't call it a bl or yaoi. i prefer for this shitty manga to not even be categorize with that. it should stick the the josei category
