hi, does anyone recognize manga that goes like this: a boy ends up in the hospital after an accident and meets another boy there who doesn't look like he's hurt anywhere. they spend the time together, fall in love but the other boy seems not to like physical touch. turns out he's a ghost who died in the hospital and never left because he never felt happiness in his life
