Yeaa thats better if you think about, you developed taste and standards...but its also way harder to find content like this. Most nights i just go to sleep kinda mad that i didnt manage to find anything to my liking lol
This, I was exactly like you sort of. I only read for the smut scenes but now I can't even skim through them without being bored lol. I barely read bl now and just want to read more shoujo mangas instead of manhwas atp. Also more straight stories lately but I still read bl from time to time

damn, i miss those times where i would enjoy any genre of bls and not gaf how bad it was.
I would never criticized or even give much thoughts to it cause I was obv reading it for the soul purpose of wanting to see them have sex (kinda fetishizing)
Now I am so picky and can't even read past 3chaptets unless it is written exactly how I wanted and I have only little types of tags I like
