To tell you the truth, I have only found one story close to a polyamorous threesome where all three units care equally for each other; the closest thing I have found to equitable threesomes usually consist of two siblings or twins (semes) that love each other as brothers and that both love the uke, but due to the sibling bond, there is no jealousy or conflict over the uke. I didn't like this threesome just like I didn't like the one in Choco Strawberry; I guess it has to do with the fact that her threesomes seem to lack equity; there's no equal balance of power/emotions/feelings; someone always seems to be on the losing end with the uke as the central power or focus in the relationship and I find that extremely unromantic. I guess I like real polyamory threesomes, where all parties care equally for each other, which I know are very rare in Yaoi.
