It took me a while to understand why she is soo mad and I came to the conclusion that she thinks the ML is kinda forcing the MC to do this even though she was sick. Gloria did not know that it is indeed their first time because although they are in a contractual relationship it was alaways expected from the woman to perform her "duty" in marriag be there love or not. So Gloria now was thinking that Theo was taking advantage of this and making move on Pershati even though she had a fever. That is why she stood up for her!!
