Yeah i was surprised too! But they said many of the scenes in manga were cut.
No wonder I thought i saw something similar , it's on netflix I thjnk
They might has well not adapting it if some scenes are gonna be cut off
I'm sad that the anime had a lot of bad reviews and so i watched it and it was indeed boring . They changed some scenes and the mc's character was like a different person there. Even the funny parts on the manga is gone. I hope they try reading the manga because it is better
