Indeed, imagine a world where a human has to get pregnant because of their gender...geez, where have I heard of that before?...hmmm, yeah, in OUR world LOL....The Omegarverse is the microcosm of our own patriarchal world, where women have been discriminated and relegated to second class status as breeders and properties of the patriarchy since before the time of Jesus. Just like Omegas are stripped of their identities to become breeding tools of the Alphas, women have historically been stripped of their identities to become tools of their fathers and husbands to further political ambitions, family reputation, and for husbands, to serve as housewives (perpetual servitude) and breeders to advance the male's genes. The Omegas are representations of Women in real life, and I would further argue, of all discriminated minorities.
Not that i disagree with your statement, but actually Omegaverse is based on wolf pack. Omega is the lowest rank in wolf pack, usually they a lone wolf and if he/she lucky he/she can have their own pack. But mostly the wolf is a loner, and i have seen some video where the omega wolf being attacked by the upper class wolfs (not sure if it beta or alpha), and some of them died after the attack (it's cruel, but it said that it's good for them to improve (if they survive), not really sure what that mean though)
And about the pregnancy, well a female wolf have a job to carry the cubs right? (not only wolf but all the mammal animals). When they in heat, all the male wolf go crazy to 'plant their seed' on her and some of them will fight to death for it. It's their instinct.
So yea, Omegaverse is based on wolf. In omegaverse, it's more like an instinct to make the omega pregnant. Well even though in real life omega is a hierarchy status and not about male who can get pregnant. Omegaverse start from teen wolf fanfiction. She/he want to make the male pregnant so i think that's why they change the omega things to a male who can pregnant and still the lowest rank in the society.

No problem at all; I know the Alpha/Omega concept of the Omegaverse derives from the Canine Pack social hierarchical structure; what I was doing was a literary analogy between the concept of the discrimination against the Omegas in the Omegaverse and the discrimination against women in our world, where the discrimination is purely based on both their genders or biological differences; my point was more philosophical than canonical :D
I kinda agree with that, omega is similar on how society see women in the past. But i still think it more about animal instinct, because when they in heat they just like animal.
