Unpopular opinion but unlike most of the exes in manhwas, her ex boyfriend was a really nice guy too. It was just she wasn't ready for marriage back then. So when he proposed to her, she refused and eventually they broke up but he did love her. Cause when he saw her struggling (before he knew about Hyunwoo) he wanted to raise the child together regardless of who the father was, even if it meant they wouldn't get married. And one wouldn't do these unless they love the other person, on top that after breaking up. Also I liked the fact that he gave up after talking to hyunwoo and seeing her talking like that about him.
So my point is nothing. I just wanted to appreciate dude a little bit
