Not an omegaverse, the author didn't really focus on explaining how males are able to be pregnant in the plot but from what i remember, the ML is a rare case of male being able to get pregnant

I like omegaverse a lot, but I completely agree, especially if the author didn’t do any explaining. I haven’t gotten that far in the novel, but I’ll see how it goes and if the author can salvage such a vague background.
