It actually has more to do with the person who is translating versus thr actual literal translation. If the translator can't apply the direct translations to context and then further into the culture of the language they're translating to, then it's no better than Google translate, or an AI, which is, unfortunately, how many officials are being translated now. They're always not being checked for grammatical or spelling errors.
Then I'm 6 foot tall. I don't believe those are the officials for a minute. If they are, they need a new translator and cleaner because they are terrible.
