It still is rude lol. They continue to complain? And then blocks of someone corrects them lolol. I'm gonna say it here then.... I meant that's what you @bbyeol implied it in your og comment that ' someone else did bcoz you didn't' ! I am not saying that! It's rude either ways but that's what you said and I think that's rude regardless because you should ask the person who has posted the notice before uploading!
