No,actually Dunno is bi. Because he is an expert at lying ,i'm not really sure if he is in love with Kang or not. The way he said "ofcourse~" in the last text is kinda suspicious to me cause the speech bubble has been used in a dark shade which can mean he was being sarcastic but all i know is that Dunno doesn't usually agree so he might be taking a chance with Kang! (=・ω・=)

Thanks hun for the clarification. Dunno is always a lying trickster but I remember yuri says that dunno may be like that but he can be a caring person too. I am not sure if i am right. Lol but I think maybe a bit. Just maybe that he also loves kang. like you said,, he wouldn't have taken a chance and have sex (embrace) kang like that and usually a person wouldn't have kiss or have sex with someone they don't like. But somehow kang never shows up in the story anymore. To be honest, I think kang and dunno would've be great together as a couple.
