it kinda doesnt matter to me if theyre blood mother daughter or not

im just taken by surprise by the fact that this isekai webtoon focuses on mother daughter bonding and not entirely lone FL surrounded by men competing for her or whatever. ive always been bamboozled by how easy they brush off mothers; often having them nonexistent by killing them out of the story and not even bringing them up at all, or have them be a very tragic death to be used as a vital relationship trigger between FL and the male members of her family.
BUT THIS?????? empress and FL are both fiery and sassy and snarky and stubborn and they might be bickering all the time but no one can deny that this, at its core, is a mother-daughter story. theories about whether FL is her bio daughter or not aside, as a mommas girl myself...im so happy to have given this webtoon a chance cause i did thought this was going to be the usual male centered FL story
