It looks like they like each other but they didn't get together yet. This is the first we seeing her in awhile. I like it better than wen they keep shoving the woman down our throat by having her all over the MC.
Yea overall it looks like this web comic has none of the usual "romance plot" going on, and instead it's just a natural progression of 2 people liking each other and slowly growing closer over time. A good kind of romance, imo.
You can pick this up again tbh, they didnt focused on the romance solely. It's good. The romance didnt feel forced bcz they didnt interact with e/o in every chapter like others manhwa. I'm just like you, i usually drop when there's romance focused than the main plot...
