If you provide illimited access to 30% of your money... I can add cleaning too if I get 50% of your money
On a what-can-I-give-you note:
I'm better in making sweet things in general because I understand the chemistry behind it, but I'm currently breaking through the savoury food you get guaranteed quality for quiche, sauté vegetables, meat in pressure cookers, fried veggies paste, brioche bread stuff, soups (different textures customisation), beans cooked with onions specifically, fresh pasta (I can bring my machine) and a snack we call kesra but Idek if you'll be interested
I'm looking forward to learning more:
-Asian cuisine like kimchi and bao rolls but my family doesn't like the spice (neither do I) so I'm stumped
-How to make boiled or steamed stuff taste good/ find my favourite garnish and texture assemblage (tbh this is just a laziness on my part)
Overall my tests have a weak sucess rate of 35% which could result in many disappointment but I can guarantee that after establishing a favourite method my consistency is pretty solid and so far the review on my established cooking is 8.5/10 (I lost 1 from a meltdown when someone messed with my kitchen tempo and the other 0.5 from sometimes making things too salty)
