Between them absolutly not. Not even a love triangle so far. MC did have a abusive father for what we know but they didn't show us what really happened in clear detail. The MC also reincarnated into another boy body that also suffered from physical abuse from his familly (they did show us more about it here) but nothing with a sexual vibe in it.
