I think the same ! I've already read ch.3 and it's still no sign of kaoru being alpha but I'm not sure whether there is a plot twist or something.

Actually,I read it from b-boy magazine sold in Japan . Kaoru has to take his medicine that make me think he is omega but he has a heat whenever he met Yuka .I really confused now ! I hope next chapter will answer my curiosity.( °Д °)

I think both of them are omegas , the black hair guy also went to the nurse room and he seem like he also in heat or have fever , idk .. but I think he also an omega .. maybe this will be omega X omega
