I'm guessing he put it on timer, after all he is a photographer. I don't thing Akihito will invite anyone to their love nest to shoot a photo for him (≧∀≦)
Akihito isn't at the penthouse. He's on a stakeout, outside. Hence the coat and hat and stray cat.

Oh, I thought the panel beside akihito is a window so I'm thinking he's at the penthouse. now that I look carefully, it look like he's at the rooftop near the railing.
Anyone noticed that he's not holding the camera.... so someone else it holding it for him or he put it on a timer, timer= he's tryin' to look good for Asumi <3<3
