It’s only been a month since mc left the game world while it’s been 1-2 years in the real world. Time moves slower in the game world than in the real world.

I don't think its really THEIR baby, because sadly this aint MPREG, I think the babies in the other world just sprout by themselves and theres no birthing involved

But the thing was that we seen how the world sprout the children and they already look 4-5 after being born in a day.

I think that baby is their baby although the land sprout them too. Probably a certain spell that they have to do.

I think those babies are atleast a day old. Maybe the babies grow stupidly fast in here, idk. Atleast, that's what I want to believe lol. I think its better than to think MC just popped out a whole baby and didnt even went thru pregnancy or just became pregnant for just few days and left his hubby and his baby in there
