Yeah, we all are seeing from 3rd person point. But she only know what she see. She can't know what's happening with her brother since even that villain his close friend, still think MC and blonde is just a little too close (not romantic).
And MC spent with all those characters since child. So, he think of them as real. Sister transmigrated after Shae died so she still thinking as game characters is normal.

Well, that's pretty normal in some slibing cases so it depends on the viewer. And I felt like the author decided to focus on MC with the male leads rather than the dynamic of slibings and their feelings so it become like this.

And if u get transmigrated into a game, reaching the end is the most possible solution.
She is doing what a normal person would do from her place.
