The Shizun (master) seems to fall into a dazed state every full moon where he comes and, you know what's him. The master forgets this every time.
It seems like the OG MC is a regressor who has died and come back to a time where his master is alive. It seems like the master died in the Original novel, now the OG MC wants to have master for himself and protect him.
