The art and storyline are fine, since it's half comedy, I guess it has a point of having not so serious problems.
I just don't like the idea of Boy's Love having a top/ML who's been fucked by other characters except his pair/MC on the story, this things kinda left bad taste on my mouth, same as having bitchbottoms on BL. I'm that kind of reader who separate reality to my happy place so don't preach about Gays on reality cuz I've got more experience with them than you could think.
