ALSO !!! slightly off topic but i actually really enjoyed cha yoon as the 2nd ml (kinda) ??? i definitely did not like him in some bits here and there (mostly for silly reasons tho, and my own not liking 2nd ml thing) but i really like that he was one of those 2nd mls who didn't try to get between the leads unnecessarily or confess even tho the fl is already dating etc the ml ESPECIALLY LIKED HIM BECAUSE HE DIDN'T CONFESS OR GET ALL "OH THEY'RE MARRIED NOT BC THEY LOVE EACH OTHER BUT BECAUSE THEY WERE MADE TO :o .. THAT MEANS I HAVE A CHANCE I COULD GET THE FL TO LOVE ME AND WE COULD BE TOGETHER" types... he's actually one of (or tbh, i can't even recall other 2nd mls i liked rip, so only him) the only 2nd mls i respect and like and i truly hope for his happiness.
on to the leads and their family,,, fl family - hate them . the mom was fine and i know being in an abusive environment isn't the best for anyone, but it is kinda disappointing that she only realised now that she could be/should have been present for her daughter. i don't have the best situation at home either and have strained relationships with my parents, but even though my mom has gone through a lot because of my father and his side of family and one thing i really appreciate about her is that she's always been there to support my siblings and i because she knew we needed someone as kids (and even now as adults)... so i really feel bad for the fl because she really had no one, and the person who could have tried to understand her didn't try to either. but o well, i also realise i cant compare my situation with others and sometimes relations with parents just don't work and the best thing we can do is distance ourselves from the toxicity. AND THAT'S WHY IM SOO GLAD SHE FOUND THE ML... HE REALLY IS SO FRICKING ADORABLE HES THE MOST WIFE OBSESSED MAN EVER ITS SO CUTE I REALLY LOVE THEM. they did have a lot of frustrating moments but im so glad they both found each other. and just like the fl's family was shit, the ml's family was equally shit but just had this outside appearance of a happy family. the older brother deserved that ending (tho tbh worse. i need him to suffer) and the parents .. god. its really a great example that not everyone who is kind and sweet is a good person. im glad the ml was able to get away from that weird family, and tbh even the whole "giving him the name of their dead younger son" thing was weird... are you adopting a child and truly taking him into your family and treating him as one of your own or literally bringing him to live as someone else and on your demands... weirdos. ik it took the ml and fl some time to finally completely trust each other and communicate properly and im so happy it all worked out for them in the end. hope the ml and fl always stay together and never have to encounter those losers ever again. BE HAPPY!! YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LITTLE FAMILY AND NICE FRIENDS WHO LOVE YOU!!!! YOU DESERVE THE BEST CUTIES (which also!!! im glad the fl could go back to doing the pharmacist stuff,, and i honestly think the ml having his own restaurant or smth was actually a really good idea... you should have listened to her silly!! men who can cook well and truly love their wives (not like those half misogynist weirdos who think their sexist mindset = appreciating women) are the most desired and the greenest flags ever)
