i mean we are complaining that basically 90% of bl mangas have romanticised rape lol, theres nothing wrong with putting rape in your story as long as you portray it as a bad thing and not make the MC magically forget that he was raped and making him stay with his abuser just because “he changed” or “had a redemption arc”
See that's fine.the funny part for me is. You click on this story read the description read the first couple of chapters decide that you are going to continue reading it and then complain that the toxic story is toxic. That's hilarious.
well people have opinions and most of them want to voice theirs, so its only human that they’re gonna comment whether they like something or not, in this case i agree that this story is harmful (it romanticises rape and toxic behaviour) and so unrealistic its actually funny, the thing is if you want to make a toxic story, at least make it good, disturbing and interesting, this manhwa is just „omg i dont want to fuck him but his musky, manly, strong, sexy alpha pheromones are making my body want him” which is unoriginal and in my opinion kinda dangerous because it puts weird ideas (how even if you sexually and mentally abuse someone as long as you apologise in the end, youll be forgiven and will live happily ever after) and NEWS FLASH! any kind of entertainment (no matter how “untouchable” and “undisturbed” you think you are) that you read, watch, listen, alters your brain!!! especially pornography!! because lets be honest this IS porn, its so easy to get addicted to without even realising, and it fries your brain and maked you think that rape is normal and not that bad and abuse is easily forgivable, so no i dont think its hilarious that people criticise this story simply because its bad, the pacing, the characters, the plot, the sex scenes, its all just not that good, but thats just my opinion i guess
Yeh that's fine. People can complain all they want and I am going to laugh at the absurdity of finding such piece of entertainment and then being shocked that what is written is what was warned. I like the fact that the alpha uses the kid as leverage. That's a new one for me . The omega clearly doesn't like him but is stuck him both biologically and because of blackmail. Like the fact that as a beta he gave himself easily because he thought it was love and now as an omega he is trying very hard to not succumb to his whims. It's simple, it's messy, it's what I want from a story like this. And the moment something happens that I don't like I am going to click out or read it out of pettiness.
It always makes me laugh when I come into the comment section of a story that has abuse and people are complaining that there is abuse in it.
