to add to the comment above me, he is mad bec the people around also knows Kiheon is going home but Kiheon himself did not mention that to him which adds to the feeling of being alienated
The only person who knew he was coming was Mr. Jung because he's the one who called him and Baek-yeo found out he was going along with everyone else when Mr. Jung announced it. It's not like he individually called everyone at the estate except for him. He told one person and rushed over, it's not like it was pre-planned, everyone else was just as surprised that he was coming, that's where I don't think there's anything to be upset about.
No bestie, on page 17 it was the gate guard who said that Kiheon is on his way.. Then Mr Jung just seconded that he called him/they spoke. So clearly there are 2 people who knows he is arriving. Baek yeo is irritated bec he already has this feeling of being alienated and then Kiheon did not even tell him he is going home. I also think this is the second time it has happened that Kiheon is not even telling him that he is going home. Though we know this time it is sudden and it isnt intentional, but ofc he will misunderstood bec it's kinda like when you have a boyfie and he doesnt even update you where he's at then all of a sudden you learned he is going here/there and he tells it to someone rather than you whereas as a partner you should also be the first ones to know. I kinda get why he threw a tantrum lol Im not good at explaining but hope it makes sense hehe
