Your story made me laugh, I willfully don’t drink but I just know I’m a lightweight lol. Also, I’m sorry if this comes off as rude but reading 20 years ago really made me take a step back. I enjoy knowing that you still have such a nice pastime such as reading manwhas. I just know that’s also going to be me haha. I’ve already been going strong since I was a child either way(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
Awww! Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Heehee:-))) And you took a step back? Chile, I almost cried at that "20 years". I had to count it twice just to make sure that was indeed right. Maybe it's just me, but saying "20 years ago" makes it sound like I'm talking about the year 1769 or something. Lol. That's how old "20 years ago" sounds to me for some reason.
And yes, this has to be my absolutely favorite past time. I'll be 39 in July and can definitely see myself being 50 and still reading this stuff. Would you believe me if I told you I still write and read anime/manga fanfiction? However, I've been on hiatus since COVID and started working on a novel. But I plan to start writing fanfiction again this year. I started when I was 9 writing about popular r&b singers and Dragon Ball & Dragon Ball Z with a friend of mine and we'dexchange each other's stories and read them. Back then, it wasn't called fanfiction yet.
How did you get into reading manhwas? Do you remember your very first one you read?
Okay, but WHY did the kissing scene have to be so fkn hotttt??! On top of that, a theatre friend walks in on them (though it was his room after all). I was so annoyed and frustrated, y'all would've thought I was the one who got interrupted. Lol :-)))
Also, I dont know if someone already brought this up, but......in the panel showing Andrew deciding to take Luke home instead of staying and sleeping on the couch and everybody is pretty much passed out...................did anybody else notice that one guy passed out in his own vomit?? Lmaoooo. That tickled me.
Quick Story Time: That panel brings back memories 20 years ago when I was in college. I was at a party thrown by a fellow Theatre major (Yes, majored in Theatre like Luke) classmate. I didnt pass out in my own puke (never have, hope I never will), but I did pass out spooning his toilet. And yes, I was the big spoon. Lol :-p
