Still ongoing but I'm almost 100% sure he won't choose the friend. It is what it is, the authors love to create a nice sub lead to give you hope but he will end up with the ml regretting how bad he was with the mc.
does anyone know how the story goes? i don't think i can stomach it if they somehow become a big happy family because there is absolutely no redeeming the rapist imo. does he choose the friend in the end?
