WAIT A MINUTE
So, Ariadne can be with a man whom she killed in her past life, but she can't be with a man because of who she killed herself? Well, it seems "fair" enough... again, double standards.
Can't she just take Raphael? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I think the circumstances are fully different tho yes, she's a murdered that poisoned alphonso in a past life, he willingly took it and died for her. But Cesare through mental and physical torture drove her into suicide, she didn't die For him but Because of him.

using double standards is a lame excuse to defend cesare... yes its undeniable that ariadne killed alfonso, but in ariadne's defense, she was doing that as that's basically an obligation engraved to her as cesare's fiance; well, you can also say that she did it for love. but cesare? well shit sherlock he definitely was not in the same circumstance as ariadne's he was fucking greedy and he knew to himself that he was using these ppl to fulfill his inferiority complex lol. to make things worse, he dgaf about the ppl who supported him all throughout his journey.
