My exact thoughts as well. I didn’t mind a short backstory with the old lady who helped our mc, heck I didn’t mind even the glasses guy story, thought it was interesting. I just generally don’t see the point of this. Sure, the old guy didn’t need to seduce the ex husbands mother, but they act as if each one of them didn’t screw over the fmcs life. literally all of them were in on it. Why revenge ? The villains got their karma already why drag this out.
The only person who should be spared is the little girl, since she’s the only innocent one from that terrible family
Why is this man rich again and why is the story still going?? It should've ended with her getting revenge and w.e side stories they put in about the side characters. This kinda takes away the satisfaction of the ending cuz wdym he gets back on his feet after getting out of jail and they have wealth again?? After all that (unnecessary) work the mc put in?
