That's the nickname. Da= Big, Tou = Head. His proper name is He Yirou.
I know his given name. I'm saying the nickname in Chinese is Datou. Just like they call Rourou by his Chinese nickname I'd like to see the same for Datou. The translations here is messed up.
I dropped this almost two years ago but it’s great to see that big head still doesn’t have a proper name.
