Wrong page, bro. The one you posted is Kobi no Kyoujin.
If you meant p. 5 then it's a BLCD of this http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/dakaretai_otoko_ichii_ni_odosarete_imasu/ (the top one)

Btw if this is the page you meant ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kobi_no_kyoujin/mf/sa-v2c013/pg-5/), the bottom one has a manga too, by the same author. It's not translated though, but I've seen the raws.
