I think that is a good theory, it is like she inherited it from him after he died I just wish the others would teach her something to actually fight back and not just be passive and hope they lose interest
In her case, it's because the spirits she can see are incredibly strong. So even they are kinda lost. Like i think the ghosts can tell what kind of spirits the person can see. Cause when they notice someone can see a ghost they check and it's kinda hard to pretend to not see them.
So in her case it's better to ignore them completely.
Y'all think the FL got whatever she got from her father? Like he was just like her and got caught up in some stuff and passed away but stays to look after her.
Because once people die, if their spirit doesn't move on, it's difficult to stay in peaceful human form, they usually get turn into evil spirit.
