yep, I thought the same thing.
Jesse put Law under Moritat for a while when they were young.
Probably when law discovers he'll snap and turn into the twisted guy we know from present time.

because in the flashback jesse fired rosalie and then when he went back everything was back to normal. like when jesse was in moritat wondering why she wasn't fired yet
