What annoys me is when the blonde was drunk, the artist was like "Hah, now I can use his body", but when the blonde guy made some moves on HIM FIRST, he was all of a sudden like "omg no this is wrong" ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

I think the reason for that was because Sun Hwa ended up thinking that he was too drunk after he threw up, I think he was worried Goong Ha was only acting like that because he was so drunk. Only after Goong Ha revealed he had been interested in him from the beginning did he really consent.... and I also think it was an issue of nerves as well.

thanks for responding, but I still feel like this is a typical manga where the main character is all "relatable" and not very realistic. this all just feels like reading an unoriginal script. i should say some good things as well; the art's nice.

I agree the art is very nice. I just want to add that to Sun Hwa, Goong Ha was acting completely out of character; he had dropped the innocent act. I think that also threw him for a loop, and I think that too makes his reaction more understandable personally.
