In the original storyline it's very complicated. Guy with scar on the face is obsessed with his brother. But brother isn't in love with him In first side story, one of them is adopted and for this one, we'll see. (One being adopted still doesn't make it less uncomfortable tbh)
Honestly recommending it, main story is very good, it mainly follows other couple (they are main characters), other 2 couples are important, but still supporting characters. It's very well written, has good plot placed back in older times, but also has elements of horror and it's angsty. (Not sure in which era exactly main story occurs)
