It's ok to love him as a really thought out character. Just don't let hotness define every part of him as good. Good that u know that he's a psychopathic sadist and the imagery inside is not a kinky game. It's art that very closely mimic real life graphic murder scenes. How do I know it? I've watched too many documentaries and researched real life cases.
