Anyway! The romance part aside, this is actually an interesting read lol those yokais are like a bunch of children asking for answers to their crazy problems
Honestly I believe he does like her he’s just slow with it I mean they are dating and I don’t remember him denying anymore after they’ve together for 2 years so a win is a win
There were times when I feel like kuro does have feelings for iwanaga. One scene is in ch 49, iwanaga asked him if it’s alright for him to lose his powers/immortality and he said “the man who takes iwanaga-hime as his wife will live forever. So if he doesn’t live forever, it would mean he was no longer with iwanaga-hime”. I don’t know what others think of this sentence but it sounds like he’s insinuating that he knows he would no longer be able to stay beside iwanaga once he loses his powers, and it feels like he’s afraid of when that happens. Idk, that’s just what it felt like for me. He said all that while holding iwanaga in his arms, he also sounded pretty doting in this chapter. And what’s with that “in sickness and in health” Isn’t that pretty much a wedding vow ┗( T﹏T )┛
Also he pretty much dotes on her everytime, it’s just not that obvious but it feels like he does or did he just simply give up trying to stop her lol
