Also idk if it's just me but I believe (in my own perspective) that jealousy doesn't equate to lacking of trust. Hazuki saw how men treated Naoki before and I believe his emotions came from that, and also from the fact that Naoki is keeping a "secret" from him. I know that it wasn't his story to tell and that it was personal, but Hazuki doesn't know that. Aside from being jealous, he also heard that his biggest insecurity was seen in other people and not towards him. He lets his emotions get him and said some shitty things that he shouldn't have said!!! But I understand both of their side tho. I'm still team Naoki in this one. Hazuki, grovel and kNEEL.

I don’t think it’s fair to use Naoto’s past experiences against him, which is why Naoto brought up his assault. It is 100% a lack of trust, that’s always what jealousy amounts to. If you trust your partner it shouldn’t matter if he is keeping someone else’s secret. Nothing Hazuki overheard should have made him jealous enough to corner his husband like that.
Both of them really need to communicate properly. Naoki told Hazuki that he's like a "child" (which he really acts like one atm) and that was Hazuki's biggest insecurity— that he felt like he can't keep up to Naoki because he's is a child. While Hazuki used Naoki's assault against him. Both of them really need to talk. All of they do so far is be happy, I love that for them, but their relationship still have too much sides that they need to find out. They still need to look and feel themselves in a much deeper sense. I usually hate conflicts and shit but I'm currently loving this arc. All we just need to see now is the COMMUNICATION!!!!!
