If Helios has no haters I'm dead

I don't blame Helios for Diana choosing him. It was a bad situation for both him and Cael, someone was bound to be heartbroken. However, the fact that he's now pinning after Hes is insane to me. Someone is finally giving his 'supposed' best friend the love he deserves and he wants it for himself. Not to mention the fact that in the past when Cael was trying to end himself Helios didn't reach out. Cael said his friends had abandoned him, which means they saw the newspaper articles about him trying to take his own life and continued to ignore him. It seems to me that in this life the only reason they're giving Cael the time of day is because he married Hestia. Diana probably wanted him to continue pining after her, if anything she liked the fact he wanted to die because of how much he loved her. And Helios only ever wants to talk to Cael when he needs advice or a shoulder to lean on. He was never a true to friend to Cael and him wanting Hestia is further proof to this.

uh huh it's just mind blowing how they were never reached out to kael even after every single human in the empire's talking about his suicide attempts, but now look how annoyingly they are to kael just because "he looks a little bit better" and "so we can bother him again with our problem"
