Idk exactly what happens in college and university abroad but I think that's how it is in Korea, Japan, and China. I think the student council handles stuff like complaints ect.
This. This is a high school. Shut us the student council so busy???? Real student councils just make PA announcements and organise small events. Why do the files and files of school documents?? What would they even say????
