They weren't in the same room. He said it felt like he was right nict to him so to make things more interesting the artist made it as if they really were in the same room. And yes it's the same guy. Read the title(￣∇￣")

The guy he liked in high school was an artist. He apparently moved into the guy's house, because he found his notebook (unreadable) and sketchpad. And you see the young guy (Jae-Ha) sketching the same thing that was in the sketchbook. That's how you know (if you hadn't already figured it out) that this is the same Jae-Ha who had died.

ok iv read this twice and I'm still confused.how did they go from talking on the phone to being in the same room?and is that one guy from the past or is it just another guy who is VERY similar to the one who died?
