I don't know what grade you're teaching but a homework pass is always great in my opinion, mainly if you're dealing with middle or high schoolers.
Now for younger kids, I agree with people saying stickers and treats. I would have loved that. Or maybe even have the student be able to bring their own snacks to class to eat during lessons, kind of like a snack day but only for them lol, if you or the school is ok with that.
Since you have things like sit at the teachers desk/visit a teacher, maybe you could have a coupon that's like "teacher's helper/assistant" or something where they could help pass out papers for you or even help out with the lesson you're teaching somehow but then they'd be skipping out on learning so I'm not sure.
My teacher did this with sodas and snacks! He would stock up on a wide variety of mini sized sodas: lemon lime, strawberry kiwi, root beer, blueberry, black cherry, vanilla cream soda. Every Friday, students could trade tickets in for a sweet treat. I was always so excited to try a different soda flavor! I could see this working for chips too. There are so many fun unique flavors!
Hello,
I’m a teacher looking for ideas for reward incentives.
I’m making class reward coupons for students who do well on their project, and I’m looking for ideas that middle schoolers would like. The students who do well, they receive a coupon they can redeem at a later date.
So far I have free day coupon, sit at the teacher desk coupon, visit a teacher coupon, candy coupon, etc.
If you are a student and have ideas you would suggest, let me know. (Trying to keep it free though)
