This is literally the only conflict author knows to write. Somebody crushes on ML, ML never says anything or tries to get away then Minato comes and drags him away by his collar.
''Why are you like this? why are you so jealous'' idk, maybe because going on dates with your boss who pulled your underwear from his pocket like a magician is pushing it?
Tbh shizuma probably DOESN'T know how to set boundaries and refuse his boss. Since it's a job he's worked so hard for it likely seems impossible for him to refuse because what if they fire him for it? Or what if they put him just on random cleaning duties again? Also, shizuma really isn't spoiling the director or doing things because he wants to, imo it's clear that he's doing these things to try and keep his job/be able to actually do his job, and the director's whims aren't something he can refuse as a result. He's tried protesting the stupid odd jobs and shit the boss puts him through, but as I said above he doesn't feel like he has s choice
Being friends with your ex and accompanying your boss to shopping and eat in a cafe are enough reasons for Minato to lose his shit. Understandably so. Yet, because he doesn’t want to be like his mom, he thinks that it’s not alright for him to even be upset over those things.
How many times did Minato show that he is bothered by the director? Sure, Shizuma couldn’t help it since that’s his boss but there are instances that even outside of work, he ended up spoiling the director. Does Shizuma not know how to say NO and put some boundaries?
Also, Shizuma is happy whenever Minato actually talks about the problem because it sounds like Minato is professing his love for Shizuma but, what about actually talking about the problem? They need to talk and stop having sex before anything else.
Now that the director is revealed to be a guy, I feel like he’ll want Shizuma because Shizuma is the type of guy who is proud of whoever he is with. I feel like that’s the type of person the director needs in his life.
