I don't care at all if placeholders are uploaded. When they are titled "Placeholder" I have no expectation for a chapter and it's of no consequence to me.

I know it can be annoying but it's more annoying when bad translations are posted right away.
Or when bots gets overeager in trawling the web picking up chapters left and right
