The only person i liked in this story so far is ophelia and emelia and i pity elodie
Also, I feel like I'm blinded by the current situation as I LIKED Cassio for a tiny bit before remembering that he uses Ophelia's letters like a carrot on a stick on Emelie. I think he'll still be a manipulative prick. I hope she'll stand her ground and distrust him still!
So... y'all just collectively having selective amnesia and forgot about how Cassius would openly verbally abuse and be hostile towards her in front of Ophelia and blackmailed her with her dead friend-soul mate's letter and he's the one putting her in all of those unnecessary situation that she needs 'help' in #－.－) so he's the good guy now because he's acting like a "nice guy."
